Writer's Block: Every writer's worse nightmare

WRITER'S BLOCK
It's inevitable. It's a nightmare. It's honestly frustrating. A sudden surge of indignation and fierce fury flows unto you. I know it, friends! I've experienced it several times....
Having read several other blogs and posts that elucidated ways to counter this nuisance, I thought that it would be prudent of me to enumerate some solutions which writers and bloggers could consider employing if this blood-sucking leech creeps unto their minds ;)
CAUSES
1. SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT/TIMING:
Many blogs point out to the fact that many a time the immediate ambience of your workplace is not conducive to writing. Sometimes, the timing does not prove propitious to writing as well.
2. PERFECTIONIST ATTITUDE:
Yeah, admit it! Often we writers desire perfection in all proportions. This is why sometimes we tend to procrastinate and fall short of possible ideas, because whenever something pops up, our minds immediately begins either forgetting it completely or editing and querying it so much so that its originality and creativity is lost. I remember reading somewhere that eventually one does not even begin writing!
Of course, there may be more causes, but tgese are the only ones I could think of.
POSSIBLE REMEDIES TO THIS AILMENT
1. PLAY:
Oddly enough, playing either video games or indoor games(such as chess, which require concentration) serves as a great means of tackling the writer's block. In fact, distraction is the key to remedying this block!
2. WATCH TV:
Yeah, Wynaut! Just watch TV—anime, sitcoms, soaps, reality shows—watch to your heart's content. Remember, you need to relax!
3. MEDITATE.
Two things I have learned from having to write consistently is that you require FOCUS and CONCENTRATION. Sit and meditate. Just let go of all your emotions, complexes and insecurities. Contemplate on your inner self—the nature of reality, the meaning of existence... Just forget all petty things in life!
I personally research topics related to my writing. You may consider doing that too! You could read Wikipedia and Encyclopedia Britannica articles, watch videos on YT, or even read the books of the genre you're writing in. Listen, there's nothing wrong in borrowing ideas unless you don't recognize their creators.
